The unique air intake system creates a natural vacuum that draws air through ducts creating an even grilling surface. Thick cast iron grates have a unique construction that prevents warping and directs the flow of excess juices. Doors, ash boxes, and grate sections are quickly removed for easy access when cleaning. The exterior is made of durable stainless steel making the grills easy to clean and damage resistant.
