Hi! I am looking to price wood fired grills for my restaurant. I am looking for a smaller format grill that can be use as a part of a line. What is the cost of your 34\" grill? DO you have information on the fire suppression/Hood system needs as it relates to the product? I know it varies by state, but I am looking to see if this can be used under the same hood system as other commercial cooking equipment, or if it would need its own system. Thank you!
